Connected Google Accounts

If you connect your Google account, we may access information authorized through Google's permission process to provide sign-in and Gmail-related functionality.

When you authorize Gmail access, Formula D1 uses that authorization to support recruiting emails and related account functionality.

We do not sell Google user data or use it to target advertisements.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Coach and Recruiting Information

Our platform may process information about college athletic programs and coaches, including names, positions, professional contact details, and recruiting-related communication activity.

Where these features are available, we may record email delivery or opening events and engagement with tracked recruiting or highlight-film links. Such tracking may involve technical information such as timestamps, IP addresses, device information, and link interactions.

Payment Information

Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. We may receive billing status, subscription identifiers, payment confirmation, and limited transaction details necessary to administer subscriptions.

Stripe processes payment-card information according to its own privacy practices. Formula D1 does not need to store full payment-card numbers to provide the service.

Technical Information and Cookies

We may collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, device characteristics, session information, logs, and information about how the service operates.

We may use essential cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies to maintain sessions, authenticate users, and protect the platform.

Additional analytics or advertising technologies, if introduced, will be disclosed and managed according to applicable law.

Support Requests

If you contact support, we may process your account email, request category, messages, screenshots or other attachments you choose to provide, and information needed to respond to your request.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, including hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, and other necessary infrastructure.

When you choose to send recruiting emails, information included in those communications is shared with the intended recipients through the connected email service.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a lawful business transfer.

We do not sell users' personal information.

You can revoke Formula D1's access through your Google Account permissions. Revoking access may disable Gmail-dependent features.

Google data is handled subject to applicable Google API policies and the retention practices described here.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Essential cookies or similar technologies help maintain account sessions and support security.

Separately, recruiting engagement features may use email tracking pixels and tracked links. These technologies may record engagement without using traditional browser cookies.

Where applicable law requires consent or opt-out choices for tracking, we will provide them as required. Questions about tracking may be sent to jack@acquisitionenterprises.net.

6. Data Security

We take steps intended to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the service.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

Retention periods vary by data category and purpose.

8. Your Privacy Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

You may also disconnect authorized Google access and request information about our privacy practices.

Where applicable state privacy laws provide additional rights, we will honor those rights as required.
